This Garlic Hummus Pizza with Zucchini, Kale and Sun-dried Tomatoes is a delicious vegan pizza.
It’s a savory, veggified delight!
Garlic Hummus Pizza with Zucchini, Kale and Sun-dried Tomatoes
1 whole wheat prepared crust
~4 oz. of garlic hummus
~ 2 cups (8 oz.) of fresh or frozen kale
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 a small yellow onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 a large zucchini, thinly sliced
To make this pizza, start by preheating the oven to the specifications for the pre-made crust.
While the oven is heating, roll out the dough and start adding on the toppings.
First, layer the garlic hummus on the crust. Next sprinkle the kale, beans, onion and sun-dried tomatoes on top the hummus.
Lastly, place the zucchini slices on top of all the other veggies. Bake according to package directions, and enjoy!
