Almond Butter Date Smoothie
1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana, chopped and frozen
1/3 cup of old fashioned oats
2 tbsp almond butter
2 dates, chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
